Cassandra Peterson — the actress who's spent the last 35 years bringing to life beloved B-movie maven and pop-culture icon Elvira — hosted a spectacular soiree on the rooftop of the Roosevelt Hotel to celebrate the publishing of her new “coffin-table” book, Elvira, Mistress Of The Dark: A Photographic Retrospective of the Queen of Halloween.
Guests included Dita Von Teese, Frances Cobain, Dave Navarro, Julie Newmar, Perez Hilton, Jackie Beat and a slew of other L.A. party people. Didn't make it to the party? Peterson is signing copies of the book — which is filled with more than 300 images of the gothic sex symbol — at the Barnes & Noble at the Grove on Oct. 26.
