Head-On Crash Victim on Bakersfield Identified by Authorities as Carlos Nathan Duarte Jr.

BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 13, 2021) Authorities identified Carlos Nathan Duarte Jr. as the victim of the head-on crash on Bakersfield.

The fatal incident occurred just after 4:30 a.m. at the 3400 block east of Panama Lane.

Eventually, the first responders arrived at the scene and pronounced one man dead at the scene after suffering from major injuries

Meanwhile, the other driver involved did not sustain any visible injuries.

According to the authorities, the driver lost control of his vehicle and headed into the opposing lane causing a head-on crash with another vehicle.

Later on, the Kern County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased victim as 25-year-old Carlos Nathan Duarte Jr. of Bakersfield.

The Bakersfield Officials are working to identify the circumstances surrounding the crash.
