Traffic Accident on Foothill Boulevard Left One Fatality, Suspect At Large

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (April 27, 2022) – A hit-and-run on Foothill Boulevard claimed the life of 56-year-old Carla Skowronski Sunday evening.

According to the report, officers responded to the scene around 7:30 p.m. in a mobile home park in the 9000 block of Foothill Boulevard.

Furthermore, upon arrival, they located Skowronski unresponsive with an injured dog.

Eventually, paramedics transported her to Pomona Valley Medical Center where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Meanwhile, the families of the victim created a GoFundMe page to help with funeral and memorial services.

Rancho Cucamonga Officials are asking anyone with information about the hit-and-run driver to contact 909-477-2800. An active investigation into the fatal hit-and-run is currently underway.
