Six Injured after Car Crashes into Chase Bank Building on Blackstone Avenue

FRESNO, CA (August 22, 2022) – Wednesday morning, six victims were injured after a car slammed into a chase bank on Nees Avenue.

Police responded to the scene around 10:30 a.m., near the intersection of Nees and Blackstone Avenue on August 17th.

According to reports, a woman was attempting to park when she accidentally accelerated and struck the Chase Bank.

Following the collision, medics arrived and treated six injured victims. Additionally, paramedics took three victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Crews closed the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, further details will be provided about the driver who slammed into the Chase Bank on Nees Avenue.
