Torrance has a new sandwich shop. Las Vegas-based sandwich chain Capriotti's today opened its first South Bay location — in Torrance. The chain already has two locations in San Diego, one in Encino and one in Beverly Hills.

The sandwich shop's signature sandwiches include the Bobbie (turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing) and the Capastrami (hot pastrami, cole slaw, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese). They're also known for roasting their own beef and turkey (with which they make pulled turkey).
