Obviously, taking chocolate daily for health benefits sounds awesome. But does Cacao Bliss really unlock the ‘bliss molecule’ and provide other powerful benefits? Is there any scientific evidence supporting Cacao Bliss?
First, let’s explain what cacao is.
The substance we know as the chocolate begins life as a cacao pod. A chocolate company removes that cacao pod from the plant then ferments, dries, and roasts the pod to turn it into a cocoa bean. Once the pod has been fermented, dried, and roasted, chocolate companies use different processing techniques to create chocolate.
