At last year's Artopia, paint-smeared naked people pressed their bodies onto a canvas suspended on a wall. KCRW's Jeremy Sole spun records. Beautiful people milling around downtown's Container Yard made their way through Debi Cable's 3-D, black-lit wonderland and were photographed with live flowers piled on their heads. And I haven't even mentioned the booze or food yet.

On Nov. 5, for the fourth year in a row, L.A. Weekly (that's us) is hosting the interdisciplinary, interactive art extravaganza. This year's festivities are, for the first time ever, being curated by the Container Yard and held at the OUE Skyspace, located on the 70th floor of the US Bank Tower (aka where the Skyslide is).

Artists will be confirmed shortly, but in the meantime, presale tickets are available between now and Sunday, Aug. 28, at 10 p.m. A $50 VIP ticket includes early entry, a VIP gift bag, beer and wine, bites and all of the TBA art and entertainment we have in store. A $30 general admission ticket includes the beer, wine, bites and entertainment, minus the gift bag and early entry.

We'll have more details soon, but if the past three years have been any indication, it's going to be good. Trust us. Get your tickets here
