Korean BBQ hotspot Baekjeong has reopened their Temple City location for limited capacity dine-in service, as well as launching takeout for the first time. This is the first L.A. County location to open and the first time Baekjeong has offered takeout including prime boneless short rib, ribeye and  seared pork belly, along with appetizers like japchae and stir-fried squid with noodles. Baekjeong Bowls with spicy pork belly and sesame bean sprouts, julienned scallions, roasted kabocha and gochugaru vinaigrette are also available, as well as a selection of rice and noodle dishes.

Moto Ramen opens this weekend for takeout and delivery and will offer 10 percent off all takeout orders until the end of June. The dining room will open at the end of the month.

The Lost Parrot Tiki Pop-Up is delivering a tiki bar in a bag throughout greater Los Angeles during the summer season. Providing Angelenos a chance to enjoy their own island flavor, the Lost Parrot Tiki Pop Up ($49.95) comes complete with a 16-ounce pre-batched tiki cocktail (enough for four drinks), a branded reusable cooler bag, two tiki tumblers, straws and swizzle sticks, crushed ice, and a link to an island getaway Spotify playlist.

Revelers will be able to choose from a menu of five cocktails including The Funky Polynesia (Zacapa Rum, coconut, pineapple, cream, dragon fruit and angostura bitters), Silky Saturn (Tanqueray gin, lemon, passion fruit, orgeat, falernum) and the Lost Parrot Swizzle (Vida Mezcal, mint, mango, lime) crafted with both traditional and contemporary tiki recipes in mind.

Add-ons include a Conch Punch ($69.99) complete with large-format tiki bowl; additional pre-batched drinks; collectible tiki glassware; Lost Parrot attire including Hawaiian shirts and hats; and a selection of hard-to-source rum varietals.

The entire experience will be delivered via a Lost Parrot Tiki Van and delivery will be grouped by neighborhood on Tiki Tuesday (Eastside/Valley), Fruity Friday’(Culver City/Venice/Santa Monica) and Silky Saturday (Mid-City/West Hollywood/Beverly Hills) between noon-5 p.m. with a dedicated courier alerting customers when in transit and upon arrival.
