Traffic Accident near South Kino Parkway Left One Fatality

TUCSON, AZ (June 16, 2022) – 48-year-old Brian Bausch lost his life Saturday after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10.

The accident took place on June 11th, along eastbound Interstate 10 near South Kino Parkway.

Furthermore, according to reports, Bausch was driving a 2009 Dodge pickup hauling a horse trailer when a Suzuki vehicle attempted to merge from the Kino Parkway on-ramp.

Responding officers declared Bausch dead at the scene.

Additionally, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

Meanwhile, it is unknown whether speed, drugs, or alcohol played a role in the crash. However, an active investigation is underway.
