Updated after the jump with photos of hot, vegan action thanks to hollyhoodian.com: You still have a chance to perv out support animal rights and check out these beauties tomorrow. Details after the jump.

Breaking nudity: Two sexy women will be nude on Sunset Boulevard and Ivar Avenue at noon today. What's the cause? Who cares! Grab your cameras and get down there. But seriously, here's the strange but it'll-have-to-do connection to the news:

These “two PETA beauties” will encourage you to go vegan on World Water Day.

They'll be standing behind a banner that reads “Clean Your Conscience: Go Vegan! 1 lb. of Meat Equals 6 Months of Showers.”

“It's impossible to 'go green' without going vegan,” says PETA beauty Virginia Fort. “Just by changing their diets, concerned people can help protect the Earth, their own health, and countless animals.”

Is it impossible to go green without going nude?

You know, PETA, we have a slogan for you: Down with banners. All the way down.

We're kidding. Sort of.

Info.

Update: They're doing it again. Yay. Never before have we been such supporters of animal rights. Hot dogs no more.

So this alleged pair of beauties (we haven't seen yet) are scheduled to make an appearance tomorrow (Wednesday) at noon at Nieto Avenue and Second Street in Long Beach's Belmont Shore neighborhood.

Update No. 2: One of the vegan model/activists (moctivist?), Meggan Anderson, responded via Twitter to a Weekly question about whether it was cold out there:

It was nothing compared to what the animals go through! We had a great response! I'm happy to help the animals!*=)

BTW, she wears a suspiciously animal-hide-looking skirt in a shot on her Twitter page. We hope to dear lord it's pleather.

Meggan Anderson.
