Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on South Decatur Boulevard in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV (October 22, 2021) – Saturday night, 29-year-old Brandon Moody was killed in a motorcycle crash on Nevso Drive.

The incident happened just before 8:00 p.m., near the intersection of Nevso Drive and South Decatur Boulevard. Emergency responders arrived to the scene shortly after.

Per preliminary investigations, a black Harley Davidson Softail was going south on Decatur Boulevard. There, the rider slammed into a blue 2020 Nissan Rouge that was exiting a parking lot and failed to yield.

The University Medical Center’s Trauma Unit treated the rider who suffered life-threatening injuries. However, he was later pronounced dead the next day due to the extent of his condition.

Additionally, the driver of the Nissan remained at the site and cooperated with the investigation.

Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police Department is still investigating the crash.
