Web3 is considered an era of blockchain technology, where decentralized finance, data ownership, and no third-party overloads are the order of the day. This new gameplay makes Web3 the next wave of digitized opportunities as it continues igniting new debates about the growing cryptocurrency and NFTs (non-fungible tokens) space. Web3 is built around decentralization; this, now more than ever, gives you full control over your data, allowing you to accomplish things that were impossible in the Web2 era. It has since become a key player in the emergence of a more diversified world.

Founded by Lauren Norden, a passionate women entrepreneur, Bossy Baddies makes its way into the NFT scene with a diversity of NFT collections that focuses on empowering the upcoming generation of Web3 investors. A one-of-a-kind NFT collection, Bossy Baddies takes over the NFT space with its original work that focuses on positive impact with inspirational art. The team comprises super intelligent and creative entrepreneurial minds working tirelessly to revolutionize metaverse and web3 technology.

They understand what women face each day and recognize the hurdles women must overcome to break ground and make traction in today’s world. The Bossy Baddies of Web3 effort is built to encourage an easier on-ramp for people looking to enter the realm of NFTs and cryptocurrencies and, more so, encourage a more varied and inclusive atmosphere in the Web3 ecosystem. The goal is to build a community of people that share similar DeFi interests and promote a supportive environment.

Bossy Baddies have collaborated with the brightest female creatives, industry leaders, and influencers to band together and bring you this ground-breaking NFT art. Together, their community will profoundly impact women entrepreneurs and empower females across the globe. They have also formed partnerships with three charities; the Association of Women’s Business Centers, Ibu Foundation, and Global Education Philanthropists.

“We aim to provide unparalleled support to women entrepreneurs by allowing them to pursue their passions and positively impact the world. Alongside the Baddies community, we’re taking action to pursue this cause”. The project already has over 14K Twitter followers, 5000-plus members on discord, and 500+whitelist spots filled, ” shares the Bossy Baddies NFT team.

Though a thriving NFT, the journey to the top has not been an easy path, the team has faced numerous hurdles, especially in that it’s a women-driven community.

“Being a woman-founder in the male-dominated web3 space is the biggest hurdle I have had to overcome; fortunately, with my great team, we were able to thrive and bring to spotlight a women-founded project. We are making it so that all genders are treated as equals in web3, ” Lauren Norden asserts.

To other aspiring female entrepreneurs out there, Lauren admonished young females to work hard and stay persistent regardless of how discouraging life may be. She encourages them to be innovative and keep moving while learning from their mistakes. More importantly, she advised that they endeavor to remain professional in whatever they find to do, for there’s always a ripple effect on other aspects of life.

Bossy Baddies continues to make real-life impacts on women, in and out of the Web3 ecosystem. The mission for Bossy Baddies is to showcase that women can kick a$$ online.
