After naming Alma as their best new restaurant of the year, Bon Appétit is bringing their “grub crawl” event to Los Angeles.

On October 26, the magazine will host both a day and night grub crawl, the daytime crawl hitting Venice and the evening crawl making its way through downtown. Tickets to each are $149 and include food and drinks from restaurants along the crawl route (four on the daytime crawl, five on the evening crawl). You get a 20% discount if you buy tickets with your Mastercard.

Both the day and night routes have some great restaurants involved (see full list of stops below), but perhaps the most exciting feature of either is that the evening downtown crawl involves a stop at Orsa & Winston, the not-yet-opened Italian spot from Josef Centeno. Something tells me the evening crawl will sell out fairly quickly for that reason alone, though the restaurant is expected to open to the public before the crawl takes place.

Daytime crawl stops include Salt Air, The Brig, Gjelina, and 3 Square Cafe and Bakery.

In the evening, the crawl hits Perch, Alma, Orsa & Winston, Bar Ama and Broadway Bar.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the event's website.
