Highway 99 Head-On Collision Resulted to Fatality
SUTTER COUNTY, CA (January 24, 2022) – A deadly head-on crash on Highway 99 claimed the life of Billy Xiong Sunday morning.
According to the police, the incident occurred around 1:53 a.m., just south of Nicholas Avenue. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision are still currently unclear. However, reports indicate that responding officials declared 24-year-old Billy Xiong dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, another driver suffered from major injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for further treatment. Although, there has been no update on their current condition.
