While we were all getting trampled at Coachella, Record Store Day (i.e., “Day for Retailers to Celebrate The Price-Pointing of Vinyl Records to 25 Bucks”) was celebrated by Amoeba and the rest of physical media peddlers.

Our friend Billy Corgan was at hand as part of his protracted release strategy for his esoteric new Smashing Pumpkins material. He played “alternative” mall Space 15 Twenty, where he shared the stage with the thick aroma of Umami burgers (Morrissey would have had a hissy fit, for sure).
