Eucalyptus Drive Car Collision Left One Female Bicyclist Dead

BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 18, 2021) – A car collision on Eucalyptus Drive claimed the life of a bicyclist last Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities said the car collision happened around 5:48 p.m. at 6601 block of Eucalyptus Drive, east of Fairfax Road.

Accordingly, a woman on a bicycle crossed the street in front of a blue Honda civic.

Eventually, she was struck by a Honda and pronounced dead at the scene.

The Honda driver stayed on the scene to cooperate with authorities. Moreover, there was no signs of drugs or alcohol as a factor according to police.

Meanwhile, the investigation on the car collision on Eucalyptus Drive is ongoing as of writing.
