Mission Bay Hit-And-Run Driver Left One Bicyclist Seriously Hurt
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 5, 2021) – Authorities are searching for the hit-and-run driver that injured one person last Monday in the Mission Bay area.
The crash occurred around 10:18 p.m. on August 2 at the West Mission Bay Drive and Quivira Road, according to San Diego Police.
In addition, officers concluded that the vehicle ran past a red light and struck the bicyclist. The suspect proceeded to flee the scene of the crime before officers could arrive.
Unfortunately, the 30-year-old man bicyclist suffered serious injuries and paramedics rushed him to UC San Diego Medical Center.
