Traffic Collision near Avenida Espana Left One Hurt

SAN JOSE, CA (March 8, 2022) – A crash near Santa Teresa Boulevard left a bicyclist with life-threatening injuries, Sunday night.

According to the police, a collision between a bicycle and a vehicle occurred around 8:05 p.m., near Santa Teresa Boulevard and Avenida Espana.

Eventually, first responders arrived and transported the bicyclist to a hospital after sustaining life-threatening injuries. However, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear.

Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

At this time, the bicyclist is reported to be in a stable condition at a local hospital. Although, authorities have not yet released their name or place of residency.

No further details have been provided. However, San Jose Officials are still currently investigating the crash.
