The most famous store on Robertson, Kitson, obviously isn't a place for the frugal to flock — it's all high-end brands or overpriced stuff you can get much better deals on elsewhere. The Kitson Outlet down the street is another story. Shockingly, the discount space hasn't received a lot of press, but we think it has something to do with the fact that it's supposed to be only “temporary.” Still, the raw garage-sale setup has been there for almost a year now, and we hear it ain't going anywhere for a while. They get new stuff daily, including merch from their children's store and men's-only shop, though female fashionistas will definitely find the best bargains. Mark-offs of 50 percent on L.A.M.B., Michael Kors and even some Vivienne Westwood stuff are common. Admittedly, a lot of it is bottom-of-the-barrel, couldn't-sell-in-the-store rejects and the best stuff still isn't that cheap — half off of a $500 dress is still $250, after all — but there are some glamorous goodies to be had. At the very least, the discount space offers a good chuckle with its bonanza of banished vanity lines and famous-peep project flops: Paris Hilton's perfume, Rachel Zoe's style book and Lauren Conrad's tops are priced to expel.
