Olympic Spa has been catering to women seeking all-natural rubdowns and relaxation for 30-plus years. For a $15 entrance fee (more for spa treatments), it's is the best spot in L.A. to realign your qi. Start by disrobing — yes, it's fully nude — then hop in the shower. Switch between the Jacuzzi, cold plunge and a mugwort tea bath. There's also a wet sauna with the faintest aroma of buckwheat, a red-clay dry sauna, a jade-floored room for napping and a binchtan therapy room. That closet-sized space is lined with stones excavated from deep in the earth and an oxygen-filtering, stalactite-like charcoal ceiling. It's hotter than a bowl of jjambbong and more therapeutic, too. Spa treatments include facials and the requisite borderline-torturous deep scrub. For $2 extra you can buy your own brush and have a do-it-yourself session instead. Observe the “quiet please” sign, let your skin rejuvenate and watch your troubles melt away. 3915 W. Olympic Blvd., Koreatown. (323) 857-0666, olympicspala.com.
