The irresistible Saturday night combo of sleepover and cinema, even though you're not technically sleeping over (that's beside the point) is back at the Silent Movie Theater this week as Cinefamily presents “Pajama Party II: Bitch-Craft!”, a double feature of witchy teen flicks crammed with saucy sorcery, bitchy smackdowns, and (horror of horrors) “white rap musical numbers.” Attendees are encouraged to don their PJs for a cozy evening in that kicks off with The Craft, the 1996 cult fave about a group of Catholic schoolgirl misfits who wreak havoc on their classmates and eventually, each other. (It's anchored by a brilliant scenery-chewing performance from Fairuza Balk as the baddest bad girl of the coven.) Afterward, we scale back on the darker arts slightly with Teen Witch, a campy, musical '80s favorite starring Robin Lively as a high-school trainee witch under the tutelage of the late, great Zelda Rubenstein. Stick around after the flicks for a late-night soiree with tunes spun by DJ Dia.
