In a town where high-value Sunday night prix fixe specials abound, it's hard to stand out. But nothing beats the bargain at Los Feliz's favorite neighborhood haunt, Little Dom's, where Monday is the new Sunday. Chef-owner Brandon Boudet uses seasonal produce from the Hollywood Farmers Market to create a three-course menu that changes weekly, encouraging regulars to return. Nibble on first courses such as fig bruschetta with Taleggio or roasted stone fruit with crispy prosciutto, hazelnuts and saba while sipping one of the many classic cocktails. Main courses range from hearty pasta dishes such as rigatoni all'amatriciana to garlic chicken legs to summer vegetable farrotto. Desserts are perfectly straightforward: German chocolate cake and honey panna cotta, for example. If the $15 per person price tag isn't enticing enough, $3 PBRs and $15 bottles of house red and white should have you hooked. Book early, because it fills up fast.
