Located in what was, for decades, a Tex-Mex restaurant called Marix, Tallula's has a soaring dining room, a brightly colored bar with a large-screen TV and a margaritas-and-guacamole menu that screams “CANTINA” in the old-school American sense of the word, the type of cheese-drenched, combo-special-having place that we all know and some of us love.
