Brunch is L.A.'s favorite meal right now! And this should be celebrated. Good thing we're hosting Brunch at the Races on Oct. 9. Get those tickets this week — general admission tickets are currently $40,  increasing to $45 on Sept. 5.

The second annual event features brunch bites and boozy cocktail samples from more than 30 of L.A.'s best restaurants. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 9, head to Santa Anita Park to indulge in tastings from L&E Oyster Bar, Little Dom's, the Hart & the Hunter, L.A. Chapter, Poppy + Rose, DuPars, Sonny's Hideaway and dozens of other local dining destinations, all together in one action-packed venue. Cups of joe from Jones Coffee Roasters and live music curated by Spaceland Presents will be sure to keep you caffeinated all morning. The charity partner is Food Forward, an L.A.-based volunteer organization that works to fight hunger.

With your VIP ticket, you'll get all-day entry into Santa Anita Park, unlimited food, beer, wine and cocktail samples, access to a VIP lounge with signature cocktails, and entry to the artisanal vendor village featuring 20 additional vendors. And what's a VIP ticket without a VIP gift bag? You'll get plenty of swag.

A general admission ticket includes all-day entry into the park, unlimited food, beer, wine and cocktail samples and entry to the artisanal vendor village.

So what are you waiting for? Place your bet on this event, and we'll see you at the track in October. Buy tickets here!

Brunch at the Races takes place Sunday, Oct. 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Santa Anita Park, 285 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia.
