We sat for an exclusive one-on-one with Liel Ohana who has broken through Instagram and TikTok accounts straight to Elite Modeling Agency to lead campaigns for leading brands such as EsteeLauder and be an ambassador for Revolve.

In a few words tell us about yourself

I’m from Israel, live in Tel-Aviv. I’m a model and I’m 22 years old.

Where did you start your career?

I started posting shots in swimsuits in my Instagram and got a lot of great feedback. Sure enough more and more people started to follow, and I guess it all grow from there.

Big transition, what do you like about modeling?

Yes, a big transition, and obviously professional modeling is another game and I love it. I love the vibe on the set or behind the scenes of a show, the chaos, the people, and the energy is what keep me going during hectic schedules.

What’s your secret, to keeping such fresh skin?

I use Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme + Night and the end of the day. I find it to be both soothing to my skin, yet strong enough to handle my hectic schedule. I wash my skin every morning with PH-balanced soap and drink lots of water.

What’s your favorite look?

When I first started modeling, I was blind-sighted by all the designer’s clothes and that’s all I could see. Today, I prefer to combine and wear basics with some designer item pieces.

One tip of advice

Be authentic. I guess that’s the transition I have gone through myself, and once you’re authentic, things are much easier for you.

What do you carry in your bag?

Well, usually I have a pair of sneakers, heels, bottle of water, and healthy snacks, must have snacks that days are long and when shooting you need your energy and nutrients. I also have a basic make-up kit, body tone undergarments, moisturizer, sewing kit and phone charger.

What’s installed for you in the future?

I look forward to 2023. I have some amazing projects in Europe and well the future is very bright.
