21-Year-Old Anaheim Woman Dies in Multi-Car Collision near Green River Road

CORONA, CA (April 6, 2021) – Sunday, Baltazar Villanuevaramos and Luis Leonides were arrested, and Breann Alizaga was killed in a DUI crash on 91 Freeway.

Just before 2:30 a.m., CHP received reports that a stalled Nissan was blocking the eastbound lanes. Before officers arrived, a Camaro struck the stalled Nissan at an estimated 67 mph.

Following the impact, the Nissan’s driver pulled the passenger from the vehicle, placed her on the ground, and fled the scene on foot. The passenger was later identified as 21-year-old Breann Alizaga. She died on scene.

The Camaro’s driver, 34-year-old Villanuevaramos of Moreno Valley, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. As for the Nissan driver, 22-year-old Leonides later returned to the scene and was also arrested on suspicion of DUI as well as hit-and-run.

No further information has been released at this time.
