This one came out of left field. Who knew Axl Rose (allegedly) had such good taste in pastoral techno?

Word arrives that Guns 'n Roses are being sued by German techno artist Ulrich Schnauss, whose gorgeous, bucolic instrumental tracks seem the polar opposite of the sturm und drang of Chinese Democracy. But the Guardian UK is reporting that Schnauss has sued Rose for copyright infringement, claiming the track “Raid n the Bedouins” samples two different tracks by Schnauss, one from his Far Away Trains Passing By, and another from A Strangely Isolated Place. Listen for yourself after the jump.
