From Spanglish dance stylin’ and pansexual electro prancing to psychedelic sisters sharing deck duty, L.A. offers another mixed bag of tricks on the dance floor this week. The fabulous fiesta known as Automatico marks its two-year anniversary, and the sounds should be extra caliente with guest Nando (Chicago) joining hosts Ane and Maurice de la Falaise for DJ sets. Expect guapo guys and edgy chicas moving to Latino hits of yore remixed and refreshed, plus new multiculti jams. Señor Fish, 422 E. First St.; Sat., Feb. 28. MySpace.com/automatico. Equally spiffy kiddies will flock to Minijupe, a groovy ’60s/garage grind featuring mostly girl DJs (led by hostess Leenda Karina) and go-go gals. Moved from Bar 107 to the Mountain Bar, 475 Gin Ling Way; Thurs., March 5, free. MySpace.com/clubminijupe. And, the wanton minds behind Miss Kitty’s Parlour have two events this week, Kitty’s Seven soiree marking its 7th year (two more “lives” to go, felines) with a Deadly Sins theme, and Foxhole, a new speakeasy-type affair for fans of “randy-dandy hanky-panky.” Both events will have burlesque, electro mixes of all sorts and the bawdy behavior the Kitties are known for. Seven at the Echoplex, 1154 Glendale Blvd.; Fri., Feb. 27, and Foxhole at Bordello, 901 E. First St.; Sun., March 1. Info on both at Myspace.com/starfactoryproductions.
