The 22-year-old DJ and producer Audien is known for his combo of uptempo trance and progressive house. Since 2008 when he began DJing, Audien has played at Beyond Wonderland, Ultra Music Festival and EDC. He’s been featured on Armin Van Buuren’s A State of Trance and Hardwell’s Hardwell On Air, and he’ll be one of the artists headlining Insomniac’s Countdown to NYE on New Year’s Eve. On Saturday, though, Angelenos get a chance to see Audien in a more intimate setting, and those in attendance should prepare for trance with a festival edge — music that begs to be danced to.
