A 12-year-old was charged in a case of swatting at Ashton Kutcher's Hollywood Hills home.

Little smart-ass. (Normally we'd give a 12-year-old props for making Kutcher's life more difficult. He's such a douche. But swatting is bad for the rest of us — it drains resources in a city where cops are spread thin).

The swatting, by which cops were told that invaders with guns were at the house, …

… was reported Oct. 3 at Kutcher's Arrowhead Drive residence.

The L.A. County District Attorney's office today said the 12-year-old, who was not named because he's younger than 18, was charged with …

… two felony counts each of making false bomb threats and computer intrusion …

Prosecutors allege he did it one more time:

The second prank call occurred a week later, when police again responded to a Well Fargo Bank on Wilshire on Oct. 10 to learn the emergency was bogus.

The kid was expected to be arraigned tomorrow in Eastlake Juvenile Court.
