Fatal DUI Crash in Stockton Leaves One Fatality; Drunk Driver, Arrested

STOCKTON, CA (June 4, 2021) – Sunday, police arrested Ashley Nauta after a DUI Crash that claimed the life of a driver in Stockton.

Officers responded to the incident around 10:30 p.m., near Harding Way and Pershing Avenue.

Upon arrival, responders determined that the crash involved two vehicles. However, the circumstances surrounding the crash are not immediately clear.

Due to the impact of the crash, paramedics rushed one driver to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Tragically, the driver eventually succumbed to his injuries. Although, the identity of the deceased patient remains unavailable.

Meanwhile, police identified the other driver as 29-year-old Ashley Nauta and arrested her for suspicion of DUI.
