41-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies in Fatal Collision near Sahara Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (March 29, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, 41-year-old Ashley Ezra Almqui was killed in a motorcycle crash on Rainbow Boulevard.

At approximately 4:47 p.m., the incident took place near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Sahara Avenue.

Per reports, the motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed south on Rainbow and collided into the side of a Honda Civic that was turning left at the intersection.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medical personnel pronounced the rider, Almqui, dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the Honda driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. He did not show any signs of impairment.

Police blocked the intersection at Rainbow Boulevard and Edna Avenue while they investigated the crash scene. At this time, further investigation into the deadly motorcycle collision continues.
