Local freak-folk ambassadors Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti only just returned from touring Europe, and they're looking to head back across the pond on Friday. Consider this trip a victory lap, however, as the psychedelic five-piece has just been announced as the latest signing to U.K. big indie, 4AD.

Pink's work has heretofore appeared on local labels like Human Ear Music, with reissues popping up on Animal Collective's Paw Tracks imprint, but the man's impressive body of work has influenced many over the years, even if his live show has been greeted by boos outside of this city (as he once told the Weekly).

The band is reportedly currently working on a full-length debut for their new label, due Spring 2010. We're willing to bet, however, that at this exact moment, Pink and co. are prepping their set for their upcoming jaunt around 4AD's geographic corner of the world.

After the jump, you'll find a recent video of the group performing a new song live, followed by the upcoming tour dates.
