Ariana and the Rose Dances for Every Body: New York synth-pop band Ariana and the Rose releases new single “Every Body” this week. The Brooklyn-based project, which is really a pseudonym for Ariana DiLorenzo, was forced to delay releases during the pandemic, but now she’s back.

In fact according to her representatives, the artist had an album of songs ready to release last summer, and was set to tour with Torres. COVID resulted in the tour getting postponed and then she scrapped the album because she no longer felt it was appropriate given the state of the world.

This song, though, is a club-friendly banger. “Just get lost in the sound,” she croons, before kicking in with “This dance floor is for every body.”

Meanwhile, the video features NYC nightlife legends including Amanda Lepore, Kandy Muse, Cakes Da Killa, and The Dragon Sisters. Check it out here.
