Traffic Accident on Lonetree Boulevard Left One Fatality

ROCKLIN, CA (March 24, 2022) – A pedestrian crash on Adams Drive claimed the life of high school athlete Anthony Williams Saturday night.

According to the police, the incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. at Lonetree Boulevard and Adams Drive.

Eventually, the victim succumbed to his injuries at Sutter Roseville Medical Center.

Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Later on, Rocklin Officials identified the victim as Inderkum High School student and basketball player Anthony Williams.

Authorities temporarily closed the eastbound lanes of Lonetree Road to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

An active investigation is currently underway.
