In a club climate where messy hair and sunglasses at night are considered flamboyant, Miss Kitty's has stood as a beacon for real bodaciousness irrespective of trends. The Friday-night freak-a-thon filled the Dragonfly with punks, trannies, goths, gays and everything in bi-tween for six sexy years, and this Friday they both celebrate the sinful shenanigans and say sayonara. The “Discotek and Cabaret” is being put to rest. But fret not, wanton dance weirdos, the Kitty crew aren't retracting their claws, exactly, but rather exploring another of their nine lives: They promise a major announcement about their new nightlife foray at the bash. But first, there will be one last night of salacious dance-floor action in the current guise (DJ M spins the electro-heavy hump mix) and “perverse pageantry and obscene spectacles” on stage. The Kitty cats don't do anything in a restrained manner, so we expect 'em to go out as big and boldly debauched as they began. Dragonfly, 6510 Santa Monica Blvd., Hlywd.; Fri., March 7, 9 p.m.-2 a.m.; over 21; $15. (323) 466-6111.
