Vehicle Crash on Broadway Boulevard Left 31-Year-Old Woman Dead

TUCSON, AZ (December 30, 2021) – On Monday, Angelica Ceniceros was found dead at the scene of a vehicle crash on Broadway Boulevard.

Authorities said the crash occurred south of East Broadway Boulevard and South Wilmot Road shortly before 10 p.m.

Furthermore, authorities discovered that a driver, Sergio Agustin Oliveros was traveling east on Golf Links Road in a 2006 Cadillac CTS. Consequently, he ran a red light at Pantano Parkway.

Eventually, his vehicle collided with a southbound 2020 Nissan Rogue, killing Ceniceros.

According to investigators, Sergio Agustin Oliveros was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

Authorities discovered Oliveros in a wash area south of East Broadway Boulevard and South Wilmot Road shortly before 10 p.m. On Friday, authorities returned him to St. Joseph’s Hospital still guarded by officers.

Moreover, officials booked Oliveros into the Pima County Jail, and is being detained on $1,000,000 bail, according to police.
