Working alongside MOCA’s “Andy Warhol: Shadows” exhibit, Los Angeles Filmforum is screening Kiss and Blow Job at 7 p.m. Both are straightforward in presentation but ripe for interpretation: The former is a single roll of 16mm film (54 minutes) capturing 13 couples kissing, while the latter is more implicit in terms of what’s actually happening — all we see, for 41 minutes, is one man’s face in close-up. Experimental musician Ezra Buchla (who works primarily with his own voice, computers and viola) will provide live music for both films.
