Andrew Millner Kills Woman in a Road Rage Incident near Pinion Avenue

ANDERSON, CA (June 16, 2023) – Monday morning, Andrew Millner was arrested after crashing onto vehicle and killing a woman. The incident happened on June 5th, just after 9:30 a.m. in the area of Highway 273 and Pinion Avenue involving a truck, a vehicle, and a motorcyclist. According to the Anderson Police Department, the truck driver, identified as 31-year-old Andrew Millner was traveling at high speeds after a road rage with a motorcyclist that started on Highway 273 and Westside Road. Furthermore, the police reported that Millner ran several red lights. The motorcyclist stopped at the intersection of Highway 273 and Pinion Avenue while Millner did not. As a result, Millner slammed into another vehicle that was driven by a female driver. The woman suffered extreme injuries. Medics transported her to a local hospital for treatment. However, while at the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries and officials pronounced her dead due to the extent of her condition. Millner was taken into Shasta County Jail with charges of murder and DUI causing great bodily injury or death.
