Chefs Assaf Granit and Uri Navon, of the celebrated Jerusalem restaurant Machneyuda, recently visited Los Angeles, where they cooked an Israeli dinner at Suzanne Tracht's West Hollywood restaurant Jar in honor of Israel’s 65th Independence Day.
