“Ever since I was a child I remember always trying to sell something, I’ve technically been in sales since I was in elementary school,” says Adriana Brito, a Platinum Top Producer in both General Real Estate and Development sales.

Adriana has a unique edge to her as she is one of the few real estate agents to work in both in-house development sales and general real estate sales—most choose to focus on one. This is one of the many qualities that make her a top producer who has sales of over $200MM since 2013.

Another quality that Brito takes pride in is being very social. She loves interacting with people, which allows her to build relationships effortlessly. Her personality seems to exude the right amount of charm that gets people to like her and trust her. While studying finance, Adriana worked part time in the finance department of a real estate development company and her experiences there opened her eyes to her true dream: a career in real estate sales.

With more than 10 years of experience, her drive is unrivaled as she continues to bring clients deals in the luxury condo and housing market. The South Florida market recognizes her genius in sales and her global clientele is a testament to this.

Selling close to 100 luxury, pre-construction condos and homes has cemented Adriana’s position as the leading producer with Fortune International Realty. Her career began at a boutique firm that specializes in athletes, celebrities, and entrepreneurs . These experiences were learning opportunities for Adriana, and she was able to cultivate meaningful relationships which have lasted for years.

According to Adriana, the recipe to her success in the real estate industry is consistency and persistence. She also emphasizes the importance of having fostered great client relationships. “People do business with people they know, like, and trust.” she says.

When asked what she thinks of the current Miami market, Adriana said” The South Florida market has never been hotter, and the popularity has grown immensely since the pandemic hit this last year. Low interest rates, favorable tax laws and tropical weather have been a strong driving force to those looking to relocate from other states.”

Besides the key ingredients of persistence and consistency, it is important that you’re in love with your dream. When she is not working, Adriana loves traveling and cooking. She says that one of the things that helps soothe her soul is spending time in the kitchen cooking a delicious meal. Being a luxury real estate agent is a career that allows Adriana to be her best self and learn from the people she interacts with in her job. She fell in love with sales, and thus, she began seeing tremendous success as her inspirational journey continues.
