38-Year-Old Woman Killed in Multi-Car Collision on Ramona Expressway

GILMAN SPRINGS, CA (October 26, 2021) – Friday morning, 38-year-old Amber Chapman was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Sanderson Avenue.

The collision transpired around 6:50 a.m., between Gilman Springs Road and Ramona Expressway. Officers arrived to the scene just south of Beaumont shortly after.

For reasons unknown, three vehicles collided in the area. However, the events leading up to the accident remain unknown.

Three occupants were trapped inside the wreckage and had to be extricated from their vehicles. Paramedics transported all three patients to local hospitals for further treatment.

In addition, the coroner pronounced Amber Chapman, of Hemet dead at the scene.

Medics say one of the three involved victims that were taken to hospitals was suffering from serious wounds.

At this time, the incident is still under investigation.
