Alex Pardee's Zerofriends booth inside the Comic-Con exhibit hall at the San Diego Convention Center isn't easy to find. We spent a good while walking around looking for it. Quite possibly, the only reason we did find it is because Pardee posted a handy map on his blog.

Pardee's booth is tucked into the far right corner of the exhibit hall, far away from the madness of the big studio outposts. Should you venture this way, you're in for a treat. The artist, whose work you might recall from the cover art he's done for rapper Cage and bands like The Used and Street Drum Corps, is live painting in booth #5502 all weekend.

By Thursday evening, the piece was already taking shape.

There's also a handful of exclusives available at the booth. Pardee has on hand two SDCC exclusive prints from his “My Favorite Monsters” series– “Predator 2” and “Jaws 3-D.”

Pardee's work is often filled with pop culture references and he's worked a few brand new ones into his Comic-Con booth.

“Full-On Double Rambo” is a screenprint t-shirt and a signed print that mash-up the “Double Rainbow” meme with Rambo.

This year, the first 100 people to purchase Pardee's comic Secrets of Hollywood will receive a free, signed 8″ x 10″ print that comments on recent reports regarding Mel Gibson.

Pardee also let us know that the posters he designed for Zack Snyder's forthcoming movie, Sucker Punch, would be on hand at the Gentle Giant booth (#3513). We headed over to the booth to ask about the posters and were told that they would be available on Friday.

Pardee will be signing at the Zerofriends booth Friday from noon to 1:30 p.m. and 4 – 5 p.m., as well as Saturday from 2:30 – 4 p.m.
