33-Year-Old Man Killed in Three-Vehicle Collision near Gilman Springs Road

SAN JACINTO, CA (August 4, 2022) – Tuesday morning, Aaron Begnaud was pronounced dead after a tractor-trailer crash on Highway 79.

The incident happened around 9:00 a.m., near Gilman Springs Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to reports, Begnaud’s vehicle, a semi-truck and another vehicle, collided for reasons unknown. As a result of the impact, three victims sustained minor to severe injuries.

Emergency responders arrived and rushed two victims to a local hospital for treatment. The third victim, 33-year-old Begnaud of Orange County, was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, police have no further information regarding the names and ages of the hospitalized victims. However, San Jacinto police continue to investigate the cause of the fatal accident and will release updates once it becomes available.
