2-Year-Old Boy Pronounced Dead Following Single-Car Collision near Mile Marker 12

LAS VEGAS, NV (January 9, 2023) – Sunday afternoon, a single-car crash on Las Vegas Boulevard claimed the life of Aarav Muthyala. The accident occurred on December 25th, at around 2:50 p.m. near Mile Marker 12 and Seven Magic Mountains. According to reports, a gray Chrysler Pacifica was traveling southbound on Las Vegas Boulevard when it went off the right dirt shoulder and overturned. First responders arrived shortly after and found one juvenile dead at the scene. Coroners later identified the juvenile as 2-year-old Aarav Muthyala. Meanwhile, Shravya Muthyala, Ravinder Muthyala, and three unidentified individuals were injured and taken to University Medical Center. Authorities at this time have not released the identities and conditions of the other involved injured victims. However, an active investigation is underway. Furthermore, friends and family of the victims made a GoFundMe page to help with the funeral and hospital expenses.
