Digital marketing is a rapidly evolving tool that businesspersons and companies are only too eager to take advantage of. A robust social media presence can be of great help to any digital marketer who wishes to develop their career in the field. The role of the influencer is vital to digital marketing. Therefore, when individuals with excellent social media power become digital marketers, they become a force to be reckoned with. In the case of entrepreneur Garrett Shiner, founder of Shiner Marketing, this is definitely the case.

Shiner is only 18 right now, but he is passionate about his job as a marketer. “My main claim to freedom started when I was young. I didn’t want to be held back so I started looking for ways to make money. I had stock investments, bitcoin currency, had my own marketing agency, and more,” says Shiner. Social media has been a big part of his life for the past six years, at least. Shiner’s love for all things fun like video games, television shows, piano, Star Wars, etc. translated well to an online presence and helped him become a verified user on Facebook and TikTok. On TikTok, he has over 300 thousand followers and more than 1.5 million likes.

“A good social media presence is the best way to get the word out, which is what I did. The moment I started Shiner Marketing, we were all over the internet in a matter of months,” says Shiner. He was also featured on the Forbes website, which gave an added boost to his reputation and his company. “I made a ton of money through social media when I was growing up. It felt like a good use of my skills to use these experiences when building up my own company,” adds Shiner. Shiner Marketing offers all services like editing, designing, and more upfront from the get-go. The adamant part was establishing Shiner Marketing during the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. Fortunately, Shiner’s social media presence was more than capable of taking care of that.

Shiner has been actively thinking about entrepreneurship since he was in the 7th grade. It is no wonder then how easily he could achieve his dreams by the time he was 18.
