There’s nothing more disconcerting than neck pain. When the neck is sore, the head and the body definitely feel it! Life becomes much duller and everyday tasks, much harder.

For me, tension has usually been the cause of this pain, however, the pain can be caused by numerous conditions, from arthritis to poor posture.
