Traffic Crash on South Central Avenue Injures 8 People, Including Two Children

LOS ANGELES, CA (September 30, 2021) A traffic crash on South Central Avenue sends 8 people hospitalized, including two children and two police officers.

Fire officials responded to the incident just after 8 p.m. on South Central Avenue near the corner of 107th Street in the Green Meadows neighborhood.

Upon arrival, the first responders reported all 8 patients to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

In addition, the collision also left four adults injured, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

However, authorities did not provide the identities or current conditions for any of the injured.

At this time, officials are working to identify the cause and factors surrounding the crash.
