If you're not too full from scarfing $5 pastrami sandwiches at Oinkster today, consider heading to Drago Centro tonight. Celestino Drago's downtown LA outpost has consistently put out some of the city's best seasonal cocktails (like the fetchingly named January Jones, a frothy hot toddy made with Appleton VX Rum), and tonight debuts their newest drink list. To celebrate, all of the new signature libations will be $8 instead of $12, but only tonight.

The 11 cocktails, which were devised by beverage director Michael Shearin and head bartender Jaymee Mandeville, run the gamut from the peppery Pinzimonio made with grappa, vodka, cucumber water and olive oil foam, to the fruity Organized Confusion made with cocoa infused tequila and fresh banana, to the floral and herbacious A Penny's Worth made with two kinds of gin, crème de violette and oregano.
