Multi-Vehicle Crash on 5th Street Left Six Injured in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 22, 2021) A multi-vehicle crash on 5th Street left six people, including two police officers, injured.

On Tuesday around 10:50 a.m., a cruiser with its front end and driver’s side damaged was left in the middle of a crosswalk on Los Angeles on 5th Street.

Furthermore, its airbags deployed in the front seat were also damaged, according to LA police.

Due to the impact of the collision, two LAPD officers were hospitalized with unspecified injuries.

Additionally, one bystander was seriously injured and three others suffered minor ones. However, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear.

At this time, the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
